  • ENGLISH APPLICATION     OR     SPANISH APPLICATION     ALL applications MUST INLUDE      payment of fee, copy of each adult    applicants Driver's License(s) or passport(s), and a signed Approval Checklist. Please read and follow application form completely. ALL adults over 18 years        of age must be background checked and approved. Unapproved residents will be denied immediately. FAILURE TO COMPLETE AND INCLUDE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND FEES MAY RESULT IN A DENIAL. 
  • OWNER WORK REQUEST  OR    COMPLAINT FORM    ALL work requests or complaints must be  made on one of the forms above and mailed or put in our office drop box. FORMS REQUIRED!   [NOTE: Phone calls, texts, or emails to staff or Board do not suffice as proper requests.]

PLEASE NOTE: The LESSOR agrees to comply with the policy of quarterly inspections and provides a copy of it to Fairway Oaks Condominium  Inc.  Failure to do so on the set timely basis established and listed above each quarter will determine owner negligence on the part of the owner and all repairs will then be the sole responsibility of the owner/landlord. Please govern yourslves accordingly.

      Unit Owner Info
  • PLEASE NOTE:  In Florida, the seller is responsible for providing condo documents to a buyer, usually at the seller’s expense, upon the execution of a purchase contract for a resale unit. The seller often obtains these records from the condominium association. Required Documents: Sellers must provide the declaration of condominium, articles of incorporation, bylaws, rules, financial statements, and a "Frequently Asked Questions and Answers" document. The buyer is entitled to receive these documents and, under Florida Statute Section 718.503, may have up to three days (excluding weekends/legal holidays) to cancel the contract after receiving them. Association Responsibilities:The condo association must make its official records available to a unit owner (seller) within 10 working days of a written request. However, these documents may be found on the Association website.
